Tuft and Durbridge win Duo Normand

The Orica GreenEDGE duo of Sven Tuft and Luke Durbridge won the Duo Normand in France.

The Canadian and Australian combined to take victory in the 31st staging of the annual two-man team time trial event over 54.3km.

Team Sky's British duo of Alex Dowsett and Luke Rowe were second, over a minute behind, with Team Vorarlberg's pairing of Robert Vrecer and Andreas Hofer taking third.

The winning time of 1:05.19 was 32 seconds slower than the event record, set in 1999 by Chris Boardman and Jens Voigt.

Bradley Wiggins won the event in 2007.
