The Brazilian-italian winger passed his medical this morning and will be presented to the media in the afternoon.
This deal includes a buy-out clause that becomes mandatory if Romulo plays “at least 60 per cent of their official games this season.”
The transfer was completed in time for the 27-year-old to travel with Juve for their pre-season tour of Asia, which begins on Monday.
Romulo impressed last season, when in a co-ownership deal with Fiorentina, scoring six goals in 32 Serie A games.
He was called up by Italy for the World Cup in Brazil, but pulled out due to injury.
