Arsenal v Stoke City - 15:00

Nacho Monreal could make his debut for Arsenal in place of the injured Kieran Gibbs. Stoke have no new injury problems.

Everton v Aston Villa - 15:00

Midfielder Darron Gibson could make his return to the Everton starting line-up at Goodison Park. Aston Villa have new signings Yacouba Sylla and Simon Dawkins in their squad.

Newcastle United v Chelsea - 15:00

Only midfielders Hatem Ben Arfa (hamstring) and Cheick Tiote, who is on duty with Ivory Coast at the Africa Cup of Nations, are missing for Newcastle, while Petr Cech is available for Chelsea after recovering from a calf strain.

Reading v Sunderland - 15:00

Noel Hunt faces a late fitness test while Jason Roberts is out for Reading. Striker Danny Graham will go straight into the Sunderland squad after completing a £5 million switch from Swansea.

West Ham United v Swansea City - 15:00

West Ham boss Sam Allardyce is hoping to give more minutes to striker Andy Carroll; goalkeeper Michel Vorm will miss the trip for Swansea as he continues his recovery from a knee injury.

Wigan Athletic v Southampton - 15:00

Paul Scharner could make his Wigan comeback. Scharner, who spent four and a half years with Wigan before leaving in 2010, has been recruited by manager Roberto Martinez on loan. Adam Lallana could return to the Saints starting XI.

Fulham v Manchester United - 17:30

Fulham striker Dimitar Berbatov will miss Saturday's clash against former club United with an injury. Sir Alex Ferguson is intending to make changes for United. Rio Ferdinand is line for a recall and fellow defender Jonny Evans is back after a hamstring injury.

SUNDAY

West Bromwich Albion v Tottenham Hotspur - 13:30

West Brom will again be without striker Peter Odemwingie after his hopes of a proposed move to QPR failed to materialise. Striker Jermain Defoe has been passed fit for Tottenham while midfielder Lewis Holtby could make his full debut following his transfer from Schalke.

Manchester City v Liverpool - 16:00

Vincent Kompany misses out due to a calf injury while Liverpool will not hand a debut to new signing Coutinho.
