All games on the final weekend of the season will kick-off at 3pm BST on Sunday

Cardiff City v Chelsea

Cardiff are already relegated. Chelsea could move up from third to second with a win if Liverpool lose.

Fulham v Crystal Palace

Fulham are already relegated. Crystal Palace are set to finish 11th unless a huge goal difference swing takes them above Stoke into 10th.

Hull City v Everton

Hull could finish as high as 12th or as low as 17th. Everton will finish 5th.

Liverpool v Newcastle United

Liverpool must win and hope Man City lose to snatch the title on final day, though technically speaking a 13-goal victory for the Reds allied to a draw for City would be enough as well. Newcastle could be leapfrogged by Stoke into 9th.

Manchester City v West Ham United

Victory or a draw will secure the league title for City, barring a 13-goal winning margin for Liverpool. West Ham could finish as high as 12th or as low as 16th.

Norwich City v Arsenal

Norwich need a virtually-impossible goal difference swing of 17 between a win for them and defeat for West Brom to stay up. Arsenal will finish 4th.

Southampton v Manchester United

Southampyon are isolated in 8th one place behind Man Utd in 7th, who will finish 6th if they win and Spurs lose.

Sunderland v Swansea City

Sunderland could finish a season they've mostly spent in the drop zone as high as 12th with a win, as could Swansea. Both teams could also end up as low as 17th.

Tottenham Hotspur v Aston Villa

A point will guarantee Tottenham a 6th-place finished. Aston Villa could finish as high as 12th or as low as 17th.

West Bromwich Albion v Stoke City

Only a goal difference disaster will relegate WBA, who could finish as high as 13th. Stoke will finish 9th if they win and Newcastle do not but could also be dropped to 11th by Palace with a big enough swing.
