The former defender represented the Blaugrana in 470 matches between 1943 and 1957, winning five League titles and was a part of the 1951-52 side that won five trophies in a single campaign.
After retiring, Seguer also managed the Catalan outfit briefly in 1969 and the B team for two years after that.
Barcelona announced that the 90-year-old passed away in hospital on January 1. Seguer, who was capped four times by Spain, saw out his playing career at Real Betis, where he also had a managerial spell.
