Leicester have confirmed that Ritchie De Laet's back injury is not serious and boss Nigel Pearson expects the defender to be fit for the trip to Wolves after the international break.
De Laet had to be replaced in the Foxes' starting line-up against Blackpool on Saturday evening after hurting himself in the warm-up.
However, the full-back should be fit and raring to go when Leicester resume npower Championship action at Molineux on September 16.
"His back was stiff and he didn't feel he could play," said Pearson after his side's 1-0 home win over Blackpool.
"He will be fine for Wolves and Richie Wellens might be, you never know."
Midfielder Wellens has yet to play this season as he continue his recovery from knee surgery.
