Football - Trotters given home initiative

Bolton will host either Cheltenham or Everton in the FA Cup fourth round if they can win their third-round replay.

Dougie Freedman's side looked set to pull off something off a shock on Saturday when they took a 2-0 lead against the Black Cats, but Martin O'Neill's men rallied back to draw and set up another meeting at the Stadium of Light.

The winner of that tie will face either npower League Two outfit Cheltenham or Everton, who play on Monday night.

The fourth-round tie will be played on the weekend of 26/27 January.
