Football - Saddlers set sights on Rovers scalp

Walsall boast a fully-fit squad for their trip to lowly Tranmere as they look to climb into the play-off spots for only the second time since August.

Dean Smith's side have spent the majority of the campaign on the periphery of the top six in League One but head to Prenton Park just one point and one place adrift.

The Saddlers have enjoyed a two-day team building trip to the Peak District since their last outing against Sheffield United on New Year's Day and will be raring to go against Rovers.

The 2-1 victory over the Blades was striker Milan Lalkovic's last match of his initial six-month loan stint from Chelsea but he has since extended his stay until the end of the season.
