Athletics - Jufar wins Beijing marathon in tough conditions

Tariku Jufar of Ethiopia won the Beijing marathon in tough conditions in the Chinese capital.

Heavy pollution and cold weather led to poor air quality in the area but Jufar managed to complete the course in a time of 2:09:39 to take the victory.

Chinea's Jia Chaofeng was victorious in the women's race as she won in a time of 2:27:40.
