Addicks swoop for Seaborne

Charlton have signed Southampton defender Dan Seaborne on a one-month loan.

The 25-year-old will stay at the club until December 8 and goes straight into the squad for the clash with Bristol City.

Seaborne made 53 appearances for the Saints after joining from Exeter in January 2010 but has made just the three Capital One Cup appearances this campaign.

Seaborne, who scored five goals in 96 games for Exeter, can play at centre-back or on the left of the defence.

The Addicks have also signed former Fulham midfielder Courtney Harris until the end of the season.

The 21-year-old has signed a five-month contract after impressing on trial and told the club's official website: "I've been here for a fair few weeks and it's pleasing to get my future sorted out. I'm really enjoying my time here.

"There is a really good crop of young players here and the standard is very high."
