Michelle Obama ‘videobombs’ Miami Heat basketball stars

Sure, President Barack Obama got to deliver late-night-style monologue jokes about, and get a personalised nickname jersey from, the Miami Heat when the two-time-defending NBA champions visited the White House last week, but first lady Michelle Obama was the one who got to take part in the Heat's favourite pastime: videobombing.

Mrs. Obama — or, as we're apparently going to have to start calling her, "Air FLOTUS" — is seen crushing apples and throwing down mini-rim dunks with NBA superstars LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, Chris Bosh, Ray Allen and head coach Erik Spoelstra to promote her "Let's Move!" campaign to end childhood obesity.

The video immediately went viral with Mrs. Obama earning universal praise for her fun, relaxed performance.

The First Lady, like her husband, is a keen basketball fan, and embraced all the members of the US team - which included James, Wade and Bosh - after they won Olympic gold in London in 2012.

It is common practice for sports teams in American that win titles to visit the President at the White House.

David Beckham presented President Obama LA Galaxy jersey in 2012 as part of the team's celebrations after winning the 2011 MLS championship.
