Mario Balotelli may well share that dread of coming back to work after watching his new employers lose to his old team.

Having signed a three-year contract with Liverpool earlier in the day, Balotelli was excused from work as he attended Liverpool’s trip to his old haunting ground.
But he rocked up anyway, clad all in black as he mixed with Reds stars new and old.
But this encounter was strangely one-sided as Manchester City looked every inch title contenders, while Liverpool were as disjointed as you’d expect of a side forced into wholesale changes this summer.
Liverpool’s defensive woes were understandable – left-back Alberto Moreno is brand new to the club and clearly hasn’t got used to his team-mates yet, while centre-half Dejan Lovren is also a summer signing.
Liverpool are going to have to re-announce their Balotelli signing tomorrow to offset today’s bad news day. — Nutmeg Radio (@NutmegRadio) August 25, 2014
Super Mario will be registered in time for what promises to be a tricky trip to in-form Tottenham next weekend. He will be hoping for a better performance than this.
