Liverpool splashed out nearly £8 million on Spanish striker Iago Aspas last summer and have seen little return on their investment so far.
The 26-year-old has found the next just once – in an FA Cup tie against Oldham Athletic – and many Reds fans have been left baffled as to why the club paid £7.7m for the former Celta Vigo man.
Well, a new video has emerged that raises the question - did they sign the wrong Aspas?
Watch the video above and you will see an Aspas dribbling past six men on his way to a wonder goal but it is not Iago in the footage above – it is his 20-year-old cousin Aitor.
Okay so the goal only comes from the Spanish third division but the younger Aspas shows remarkable pace and skill and then a cool head in front of goal to score for Coruxo against Celta Vigo II in just his second appearance of the season.
Brendan Rodgers – sign him up! We can suggest one player in the squad he could replace straight away.
