    • 80' Callam again driven back over his own line and NZ have one last scrum five. The ball is spread wide to Sivivatu who goes close before knocking on. Ref blows for full-time and NZ book an expected spot in the quarter-finals. For Scotland, they can now focus on the all-important clash with Italy in a week's time. Thanks for joining us.
    • 79' So'oialo makes the first drive, NZ keep going forward, Hore is held up just short of the line and Scots win a scrum for NZ knock on.
    • 77' Evans find touch over Webster's head. The wing touched the ball so it's lineout NZ in Scots 22m area. One last chance for NZ but the ball is spilled in midfield and Scots earn a reprieve. But they are then penalised at the scrum and NZ opt for another put in.
    • 73' Callam drives at the NZ defence but the ball is turned over because he has no support and hooker Hore makes an impressive break into Scots half. Hore again in support in the next move and he feeds Howlett for his second try of the afternoon. 40-0.
    • 70' Poor lineout from NZ and Scots win their throw, allowing Parks to kick Scotland into NZ's 22m area.
    • 67' Scots win penalty for NZ holding on and Parks kicks them into NZ 22m area. But NZ nick the lineout and Lauaki breaks up towards the halfway line.
    • 65' Carter converts his own try to make it 35-0.
    • 64' NZ trying to break from deep but Scots defence keeps knocking them back. Scots have a chance now but the ball is spilled and Carter picks up the loose ball and glides away from 55m for another touch down. 33-0.
    • 62' NZ keep the attack going and Williams manages to break a couple of tackles on the right wing and reach over for a try! Nicely played by the big lock to earn a bonus point for NZ's fourth try. 28-0.
    • 60' Lauaki on for McCaw and immediately make some good yards.
    • 60' NZ win penalty at the scrum and opt for another scrum. But Scots do better this time and their defence holds firm, nick the ball and then Parks kicks downfield. NZ try to counter but Sivivatu knocks on! Another error from the All Blacks.
    • 60' Scots Lawson on for Cusiter, NZ's Leonard for Kelleher.
    • 59' Another huge drive from NZ scrum, So'oialo goes over but not before knocking the ball on. Scrum down to Scots.
    • 58' Thomson on for Lawson at hooker.
    • 56' Penalty NZ and McCaw again tells Carter to go for goal. But the stand-off hits the post, only for Howlett to win the rebound. The ball is fed to Woodcock on the right and he crashes over, only for the pass to be ruled forward! Scrum Scotland.
    • 54' Sivivatu sends lovely inside pass to McAlister, who is away but he fails to see Howlett and another try goes begging! Scots defence again doing a good job.
    • 53' Carter chips through but Webster is alert to it and touches down. Well done Scots as they prevented NZ from scoring from that phase of attacking play.
    • 51' Sivivatu makes first charge, Kelleher keeps it going and the Heymans finds a few yards. Scrum NZ five metres from Scots try-line. Can Kerr add anything to Scots front row and at least keep them from going backwards?
    • 51' Kerr on for Smith.
    • 49' NZ pick and drive but Scots defence keep them out and force a knock on. Scrum to Scotland this time and they are awarded penalty for NZ losing their binding. Parks finds touch to relieve the pressure - for the moment!
    • 47' Callam picks up from base of the scrum and is forced back over his own line for a NZ scrum five. Scots concede penalty and NZ opt for another scrum. It keeps going down and the ref has a chat with both front rows.
    • 44' McAlister breaks upfield beautifully from the kick off and finds McCaw in support. Attack is eventually ended 10m from Scots line and they earn a scrum put in. Good defence from Scots but NZ will expect to put these chances away.
    • 41' Carter makes a half break and finds McCaw in support. The ball is spread wide to So-olialo on the right wing and Scotland concede penalty at the ruck. Carter goes for goal and adds another three points from the touchline. 23-0.
    • 41' Carter gets the second half started. What can Scotland do to stop the onslaught?
    • 39' Scots scrum under severe pressure - their front row is getting taken to the cleaners! But they win a freekick for NZ pushing before ball is in and ref blows for half-time. NZ clearly the better side but some decent defence and rear-guard action from the Scots. They must make sure they remain competitive in the second half as a landside defeat will not aid the momentum they have done well to build in this World Cup so far.
    • 37' Scots knock on and allow Evans to break from deep, showing excellent pace on the outside before Parks gets hand in the way of his pass to McCaw.
    • 33' NZ win lineout and attack down the blindside. First wave is defended but Masoe keeps NZ going forward and Kelleher sends out a dummy before forcing his way over in the corner. 20-0.
    • 30' Carter again finds Sivivatu with a cross kick but great cover tackle from Southwell keeps the powerful winger out. Just! Scrum Scotland 5m from their tryline. Callam does well to secure the ball and Cusiter finds a good touch. But NZ take quick throw and attack down the right through Smith before a knock on allows Scots to clear.
    • 29' Good lineout take by Scotland but Carter and Kelleher knocks the Scots backwards and ends the attack.
    • 25' Good drive from Callam helps Scots set up a decent attack for the first time. Cusiter pops up beautiful pass to Kerr and the attack is continued down the left touch. But NZ defence holds firm and Scots knock on for a scrum near the NZ line. Decent effort from the Scots!
    • 24' Leonard puts in box kick and Southwell's clearance charged down by Howlett. Prop Smith forced back in the tackle and Parks misses touch with his kick. NZ counter with Evans and So'oialo, Scots penalised for offside and Carter adds another three points from just left of the posts. 15-0.
    • 22' Scots ball held up in a maul and NZ win a scrum down.
    • 20' NZ's Evans on for McDonald, who looks injured, and Scotland's Parks on for Paterson, who looks shorn of confidence.
    • 19' Freekick Scotland and Murray takes a quick tap and makes a few yards. But NZ turnover the ball and spread it wide again. Scots turnover this time and Barclay puts his head down. Paterson chips over and Walker almost gathers the ball for a free run in to the line!!
    • 17' Penalty to Scots but again Paterson misses touch and McDonald replies with interest!
    • 16' Paterson kicks restart long and NZ awarded scrum back on halfway line. Paterson having a nightmare here.
    • 15' NZ win lineout and the ball is spread wide to Howlett on the right and the wing goes over for his 47th international try - a new record for NZ as he overtakes the haul of the great Christian Cullen. 12-0.
    • 14' Paterson again slices his kick. The number 10 is looking nervous and unsettled as he hands NZ lineout on Scots 22m line.
    • 13' Monster clearance from Carter. That's how it's done! Good work from Barclay earlier on when he scragged Howlett.
    • 11' Scotland find good touch, but McDonald and Howlett take quick throw and exchange passes before Williams knocks on with the line begging. Let off again for Scotland as they are given a scrum in their 22. Scots win a penalty but fail to find touch.
    • 10' Good defence from Scotland keeps NZ out after a series of attacks and forces a scrum down from a knock on.
    • 9' Safe high ball take from Walker and Paterson, under pressure, slices his kick to touch.
    • 7' Scotland nick the ball from the restart, it is recycled and Paterson has a pop at goal, but his drop kick is wide.
    • 6' Carter makes it 7-0 from in front of the posts.
    • 5' Scrum five for NZ and So'oialo pops the ball inside for McCaw to stroll over for the opening try. 5-0.
    • 3' Inch perfect kick from Carter finds Sivivatu unmarked on the left touchline but the winger knocks the ball on. Let off for Scotland and big mistake from Sivivatu. Scotland awarded scrum but they are driven off the ball by a powerful NZ scrum.
    • 2' NZ make a mess of the lineout but the ball is knocked on and they win a scrum down. There's not much difference in the two kits today - just as well we're not watching on a B&W telly!
    • 1' Scotland trying to pick and drive and test the All Blacks around the fringes. But they are penalised for holding on and Carter finds touch deep in Scotland half.
    • 1' Chris Paterson gets the game started for Scotland.
    • - Another terrifying Haka from the All Blacks! Can Scotland take up the challenge?
    • - New Zealand are pretty much at full-strength. Nobody really knows their strongest XV but there is not much wrong with the one that's been selected for the Murrayfield game. Conrad Smith is retained in the centre and Sitiveni Sivivatu and Doug Howlett are on the wings. A try for Howlett today would make him New Zealand's all-time leading try scorer with 47. Flanker Reuben Thorne is named in the second row.
    • - Scotland are saving their best players for the Pool C decider against Italy next weekend. Coach Frank Hadden has named a weakened side and as a result no one is giving them much of a chance against the World Cup favourites.
