Fu sealed his progress with a 3-0 victory over Stephen Maguire after ending the group stage with five wins from six at Crondon Park Golf Club.
He went on to beat Robert Milkins by the same scoreline in the semi-finals before easing through the final against Maguire to book his place in Wednesday's big-money finale.
“I played good and it was one of those things where everything was for me, all the kisses and everything," Fu said.
“Also, nobody played that well against me. I haven’t been playing that well lately so it’s nice to get some form before China and then the World Championship and hopefully I can continue like this tomorrow.”
Fu lines up for the final stage of the event with the winners of the other six groups: John Higgins, Martin Gould, Ding Junhui, Barry Hawkins, Mark Allen and Ali Carter. The winner of Wednesday's competition wins entry into the 2013 Premier League.
In a bizarre turn of events earlier in the day, Milkins nearly forfeited his place in the semi-finals against Fu after mistakenly believing he had not qualified from the group stage.
The Gloucester potter had already left the venue and was heading back towards the West Country before he was contacted by phone and told to return to Essex. He made it back with just 30 minutes to spare before his clash with Fu.
