    Snooker - Ebdon misses out on German Masters

    Former world champion Peter Ebdon missed out on the 2013 German Masters after losing his final qualifier to world number 84 Michael Wasley.

    Wasley defeated 2002 Crucible kingpin Ebdon 5-3 at Sheffield's World Snooker Academy to advance to the ranking event, where he will meet either another former world champ in Neil Robertson or world number 88 Daniel Wells.
