Eurosport - Kenya's Macdonald Mariga
The agreement also includes a "Parma option to buy half of the player's rights in a co-ownership agreement", according to the Inter website.
Parma was the first club Mariga joined in Italy following his arrival in 2007 from Helsingborg in Sweden.
He joined Inter in January 2010 and made 36 appearances for the Nerazzurri, scoring two goals.
Parma are currently 10th in Serie A, 18 points behind leaders Juventus.
