Eurosport - Camporese
Camporese, 20 , has been out for most of the campaign with various knee problems, leading La Viola to send him in for surgery.
The Italy U21 defender had an operation in Rome and will spend the rest of the week in hospital before returning to Florence for rehab.
He is not expected to return this season.
