Wayne Rooney and Jonny Evans are Manchester United's major doubts, as Javier Hernandez prepares to start. Norwich will again be without defender Russell Martin (back).
SUNDAY
Kieran Richardson will miss the clash with his former club Sunderland because of a hamstring injury, while Simon Davies (hip) and Chris Baird (suspension) are out. Sunderland boss Martin O'Neill faces late decisions over a series of players. Scotland striker Steven Fletcher (calf) and Republic of Ireland keeper Keiren Westwood (thigh) missed their respective international matches in midweek, with 18-year-old Jordan Pickford on standby to provide the back-up to Simon Mignolet.
MONDAY
West Ham United v Stoke City - 8pm
West Ham manager Sam Allardyce has a decision to make on whether to bring James Collins back into his defence. Collins was amongst the substitutes for the 1-0 win at Newcastle but could now return to the starting line-up in place of James Tomkins. Stoke will monitor Glenn Whelan's fitness with a hamstring strain the issue, while Dean Whitehead is suspended.
