The French international was waiting to take a throw-in during the 1-1 draw with Tottenham when home fans began pelting him with snowballs.
After the first few efforts from the Spurs faithful missed their mark, Evra was bullseyed by one supporter.
But rather than lose the plot with his attacker, Evra instead looked like he was trying to hold back a belly laugh.
It was the Spurs fans who ended up with the biggest grins of the day, however, as Clint Dempsey struck deep into injury time to rescue a point against the Premier League leaders.
As our video shows, the incident in North London was not the only snow-related high-jinx this weekend: Aston Villa's Joe Bennett was also almost a victim of a snowball attack, but luckily for him the aim of the West Brom fan who targeted him from point-blank range is rubbish.
But the most fun was had in the League One match between Brentford and Tranmere, which had to be halted for several minutes as Brentford fans bombarded Tranmere keeper Owain Williams.
In the end play could only restart when Brentford boss Uwe Rosler pleaded with his own fans to give Williams a break!
