Eurosport - Jason Kenny and Chris Hoy
Hoy has won six Olympic gold medals to Kenny's two.
Kenny was selected ahead of Hoy for the individual sprint in London and the pair will face off in the sprinters cup in the Netherlands on January 3-8.
"With these two extremely agile British riders it promises a beautiful spectacle in Ahoy," said meeting organiser Frank Boele.
