Moore said: "You can't feel sorry for yourselves, you just have to get on with it.
"That commitment and that desire will ensure we're not far away.
"I had two manager of the months last season and now everyone is saying I'm rubbish. It can all change very quickly.
"That's the way it goes, we have to dig deep and keep going. We have to stop conceding and try and nick a goal."
