The 24-year-old has been nigh-on unstoppable on the World Cup circuit this season with the overall as well as sprint, pursuit and individual titles to his named ahead of the final round in Russia.
And the Frenchman continued his dominance in the first of three men's event in Khanty-Mansiysk as he won the last 10km sprint of the year and his second in a row by almost 40 seconds.
He shot clear to clock 24:22.6minutes for the win and, despite Lukas Hofer following suit in the range himself, he was 39.6seconds behind in second with Andreas Birnbacher another four back in third.
Fourcade built up a 7.3-second lead by the 1.8km mark, doubling it to 14.8 by 2.9km before shooting clear first time in the range and then extending it to 17.4 by 5.1km.
He continued to get stronger as the race wore on with his lead by 6.2km 24.8 seconds and then up to 28.3 by the time he shot clear in the range for the second time.
Fourcade added another 11 seconds to his advantage by the finish while Hofer fell to third briefly before and after the first shoot but was to finish 4.2secodns ahead of Birnbacher.
