There's the chequered flag. Massa takes first spot with the two Finns, Raikonen and Kovalainen following. Hamilton lies fourth with last seasons team-mate Alonso next up in fifth.
We'll be back to follow the next round of practice later this afternoon.
1' Fernando Alonso is making an impression too at this late stage of the first practice round. He goes to fourth with a time of 1:21.802
4'
And you can see how much Kovalainen is going for it. He's just a little heavy on the brakes for a moment and has a little wobble.
5'
And perhaps a statement of intent...Kovi knocks Hamilton down the pecking order with 1:21.410
9' Kovalainen who announced this week that he'll be with McLaren next season is back on the track.
12' Hamilton is closing on Massa. He goes in to second spot with 1:21.535

34 Felipe Massa is the closest to match Raikonnen's best time so far. He's 0.693 behind the Finn with 1:22.725
40' Looks like Michael Schumacher is not the only German to have car trouble in the last couple of days. Sebastian Vettel is off the side of the track and out of his pit inspecting his car.
42' Here's a quick run down of the best times for the drivers so far... J. Trulli 1:23.354 S. Bourdais 1:24.342 G. Fisichella 1:25.543 A. Suitl 1:25.547
