    • Czech Republic
    • 90+6' IT'S OVER!!! TURKEY HAVE DONE IT!!! They win 3-2 after an incredible late turnaround. One of the most amazing finishes you will ever see. The Turks progress to face Croatia - Petr Cech is shattered.
    • 90+5' The referee is having a word with both benches, and he books Milan Baros. Five minutes of stoppage time now played.
    • 90+4' Ujfalusi booked and the Czechs can't get a shot in. This is crazy...
    • 90+3' The ball went out of play before Volkan's abberation so it is no penalty. Tuncay takes the gloves following the goalkeeper's dismissal!
    • 90+2' RED CARD!!! Volkan is sent off for pushing Koller over!! So stupid!
    • 90+1' Four minutes of stoppage time to be played - what drama here. Poor Petr Cech. Terrible error.
    • 90' What a goal by Nihat - he stayed onside, bore down on goal and finished into the top right corner from 25 yards!! What a turnaround! Amazing - no penalties!
    • 89' GOOOOOAAALLLLL!!!!! INCREDIBLE!!!! NIHAT HAS WON IT!!!! What a goal!!! Turkey lead 3-2!!
    • 87' GOOOOAAAALLLL!!!! Nihat levels for Turkey and it is a horrific error from Cech!! The Czech keeper fumbles a Hamit Altintop cross and Nihat scores an open goal!!
    • 84' The Czechs eat up a few more seconds with the introduction of Stanislav Vlcek for Libor Sionko.
    • 82' WHAT A MISS!!! One for the ages!! Servet rises high to meet a Hamit cross, but somehow fails to find the net with his glanced header! A massive let-off for the Czechs.
    • 80' The Czechs bring on Michal Kadlec - son of their Euro '96 captain Miroslav - for Jaroslav Plasil.
    • 80' Yellow card Tomas Galasek. Tempers starting to fray a little. That was crude pullback on Arda.
    • 78' The Czechs are on the rack here! Kazim-Richards causes chaos with two superb crosses from the right. Miles better from Turkey. Great stuff.
    • 77' Arda crosses dangerously from the right - he is a real livewire.
    • 75' GOOOAAALLL!!! Turkey pull one back through Arda Turan!! He finishes coolly at the far post after a neat low cross from Hamit Altintop! Game on - a cracking finish in store!
    • 73' The unlikely figure of Rozehnal comes racing clear on the break and is hacked cynically by Emre Asik. Yellow card.
    • 71' POLAK HITS THE POST!! He races in for the rebound and catches a boot in the head from Emre Asik. It might not be any consolation to the bleeding Polak, but it looked like a glancing blow.
    • 68' Tuncay!! With his back to goal, he tries to glance a header past Cech but can only find the Chelsea keeper's midriff!
    • 67' Turkey have it all to do - they need two just to take this to penalties.
    • 64' Yellow card Arda Turan. Meanwhile, the linesman has a wee crisis in the form of a broken flag. Tuncay (!) runs a replacement over to him.
    • 63' Finally Turkey make the change - Emre Asik on for the injured Emre Gungor. Fatih Terim may have his collar felt after laying hands on the fourth official following the goal.
    • 62' GOOOAAALLL!!! Jaroslav Plasil gives the Czech Republic some breathing room! He slides home at the far post after meeting Sionko's cross from the right! Turkey are furious because they were trying to make a change.
    • 62' Koller breaks through the Turkish offside trap and trundles through on goal... shoots wide!
    • 61' Emre Gungor is stretchered off after going down - it looks like a leg injury but it is hard to be more specific.
    • 59' Arda's cross from the left is deflected high into the air and Petr Cech catches, much to the delight of some fans wearing giant crum caps.
    • 57' Turkey make their second change, as Colin Kazim-Richards comes on for Mehmet Topal.
    • 56' Sabri cuts in from the right and wins a corner. Turkey have bossed this second half.
    • 53' TUNCAY!! He glances a header goalwards from 10 yards but Cech makes a relatively comfortable catch.
    • 52' More good stuff from Turkey. Hakan Balta swings in a cross that Rozehnal does well to glance behind for a corner.
    • 51' It is raining in Geneva. Nothing too bad, but the surface is getting nice and slick.
    • 49' Incidentally, Turkey brought on Sabri Sarioglu for Semih Senturk at the break, and have moved Tuncay up front.
    • 48' This is more like it from Turkey, for whom Nihat lobs an acrobatic shot over and Arda wins a free-kick after a pacy run down the left.
    • 47' A comparatively rare touch for Petr Cech, who leaps high to claim a Mehmet Aurelio flick into the area.
    • 46' Turkey start the second half and have a job on their hands turning this match around.
    • 45+3' Half-time, and Fatih Terim needs to make some changes. His side are getting squeezed out of this by an impressive Czech side, who lead courtesy of the golden oldie Jan Koller.
    • 45+1' Just injury time to be played - two minutes of it - until half-time. The Czechs looking good.
    • 44' Not sure if this means a lot, but Euro 2008 has had the three oldest scorers in European Championship history - Ivica Vastic (39), Jan Koller (35) and Christian Panucci (35).
    • 42' Jankulovski curls a free-kick into the Turkey box.. Koller tries a flicked back-header but sends it over. He is giving Servet Cetin a torrid time.
    • 41' That goal was Jan Koller's 55th from 90 internationals, making him easily his country's record goalscorer since its inception in 1993.
    • 39' As Marek Matejovsky is carried off with an injury, the Czechs prepare to bring on David Jarolim. A premature end for the Reading man.
    • 38' Tuncay trips Sionko for another chance for the Czechs to stick it into the mixer.
    • 37' Turkey win a corner after Nihat's free-kick is deflected over.. Nihat delivers and Cech does well to punch clear.
    • 36' Just a recap, as if you needed one. If either side wins in 90 minutes, they will face Croatia in the quarter-finals. If it is a draw, the game will be decided on penalties.
    • 34' GOOOAAALLL!!! Jan Koller heads the Czech Republic into the lead! Grygera crosses from the right and Koller cranes his neck to divert the ball past Volkan. Great header.
    • 33' Jankulovski crosses low and pacily for Sionko, but Volkan makes a brave claim from off the Czech's toes.
    • 32' Sporting or stupid? Hamit Altintop goes down injured and the Czechs rather generously put the ball out. Hamit was struck in the side by a cross. Painful, gruesome stuff. But he is a brave boy and will play on.
    • 31' Nihat delivers an inswinging corner but Koller is back to head away, and when the ball is played back in Servet heads weakly to Cech.
    • 29' This five-man Czech midfield is causing Turkey real problems - they have created nothing of note so far. But they have seen much more of the ball in the last 15 minutes.
    • 27' Mehmet Aurelio is rolling around in agony after a foul by Rozehnal. Hard to know how injured he is really, but the Brazilian-born player is not moving too easily.
    • 25' Sionko cuts inside from the right and sends a left-foot shot just over from the edge of th box. But was he ever going to score from there?
    • 24' Nihat plays it wide to the right for Hamit Altintop, whose cross is blocked for a Turkey throw.
    • 22' Better from Servet, who makes a timely clearance when Sionko smashes a low cross in front of goal. Koller would surely have scored if not for Servet.
    • 21' Servet is having a tough night after his boot-related woes earlier. He is under real pressure from Sionko and is lucky to win a free-kick when the Czech midfielder 'fouls' him.
    • 20' Semih chases a diagonal ball towards the corner flag and wins a throw off Jankulovsky.. it results in a shot for Topal that flashes wide from 20 yards.
    • 17' Matejovsky!! Latches onto a Koller knockdown and strikes one, but Volkan is equal to it.
    • 17' Tuncay has a crack from fully 30 yards and Cech sees it wide. To be honest, he was never going to score from there.
    • 14' Emre Gungor fouls and another promising set-piece for the Czechs... headed away, but Karel Bruckner's side are definitely on top here.
    • 12' UEFA suggest that Servet was not in fact booked during the previous little exchange - just Aurelio for his reaction.
    • 11' Mehmet Aurelio was booked for dissent in the aftermath of that Servet Cetin foul - and that means he misses the Turks' next game if there is one.
    • 11' Jankulovski's free-kick is curled in towards Koller!! He glances a header just over the bar!
    • 10' Servet is comprehensively beaten in the air by Koller and concedes a free-kick in the process.
    • 9' Turkey finally get their foot on the ball and pass it around without much purpose. They give it away and Rozehnal clears.
    • 7' Plasil plays the corner shot and takes the return pass, he runs around the perimeter of the box and shoots - a poor effort high and wide.
    • 6' Silly challenge by Topal on Polak - that's a yellow card. The Czechs win a corner from the free-kick.
    • 5' The Czechs have made the better start here. Grygera finds Sionko at the edge of the box. He turns but an attempted shot is charged down and then cleared. Turkey clear.
    • 3' Servet brings down Matejovsky and this will be dangerous free-kick in favour of the Czechs... Jankulovski delivers to the back post but it is a little too high for Sionko.
    • 1' The Czechs finally kick off and Marek Matejovsky attempts a long shot... high and wide.
    • 19:49 For some reason the referee has delayed the start for several minutes to allow Servet Cetin to change his boots. Let's just get on with it, shall we?
    • 19:44 Here are the anthems. As you would imagine, the Turks make rather more noise than their central European rivals. In fact, the Czech hymn has a rather restful tone to it. Pleasant stuff, but not all that stirring. It's like standing to attention for a Hovis advert.
    • 19:41 Something of a delay as the teams wait to come out. The two matches have to kick off at the same time, even though they don't affect each other. Click the link in the top right if you fancy Switzerland v Portugal.
    • 19:39 The teams gather in the tunnel - Turkey in all red, the Czechs all white.
    • - Czech coach Karel Bruckner opts for Jan Koller as a lone striker, leaving Milan Baros on the bench. The onus will be on wide men Libor Sionko and Jaroslav Plasil to get forward and support the big man.
    • - No surprises in the Turkey team. Coach Fatih Terim named his side yesterday - a 4-4-2 featuring Semih Senturk and Nihat Kahveci up front, with Tuncay Sanli moving back to an attacking wide midfield role.
    • - If the game ends in a draw after 90 minutes we will have a penalty shootout to decide who progresses to the quarter-finals, which you have to say is a massively exciting prospect.
    • - This is a winner-takes-all match to decide qualification from Group A, with Portugal already through and Switzerland out.
