-**** - Thank you for joining us for today's racing, a fascinating precursor to the 2007 Tour de France. All eyes will be upon London in a fortnight, where the race begins this year. Eurosport.yahoo.co.uk will have LIVE coverage of every stage. See you there!
0km** - Spaniard Ocar Pereiro (Caisse d'Espagne) wins the sprint from Cadel Evans (Predictor-Lotto) and Denis Menchov (Rabobank).
0km** - Close behind is Christophe Moreau, with the other sprinters. The Frenchman wins the 2007 race, something that bodes well for the Tour de France in two weeks.
0km** - ALEXANDRE VINOKOUROV TAKES THE VICTORY IN ANNECY!!!
1km** - One kilometre to go in this year's Dauphine!!!
2km** - Vinokourov is 17 seconds ahead of the two overall leaders as they bear down on the finish...
4km** - Alexandre Vinokourov resists all challengers... he will win his second stage victory of the week, the fourth for Astana.
6km** - Christophe Moreau still keeping pace with Cadel Evans.
7km** - Leipheimer attacks now, but soon after he rounds a slight bends and comes a cropper! He gets to his feet and back on the bike, but he is shaken.
10km* - Cadel Evans attacks! The Australian is matched by a spur from Moreau. Still, Evans needs to force a mistake... exciting stuff!
12km* - Piepoli is eight seconds ahead of Moreau on this descent. They are close to the bottom now.
17km* - Moreau (AG2R), 'Le Chien', should be okay as long as he does not fall off. He is an excellent descender and has won this overall race before.
18km* - At the top of the mountain Leonardo Piepoli (Saunier Duval) is the first rider to slip over... the road will be tricky to navigate on the downward curve.
23km* - Lefevre is 20 seconds ahead of the leaders as the winding climb continues. He will find it difficult to win the stage from here... there is a light rain falling upon the riders.
26km* - Seeldraeyers (Quick Step) launches the first solo attack of the race. Lefevre (Bouygues Telecom) chases him, but no one else is bothered at this point. The yellow jersey group is 25 seconds behind.
28km* - This Col de la Forclaz Cat 1 climb will test our men... a very steep climb up the hillside begins. The peleton is a couple of kilometres back.
32km* - Euskaltel-Euskadi are attacking as a team at the start of the big final climb. Maybe they have gone too early...
100km - Moreau on today's final stage: "Sunday's stage is difficult. Instead of just letting us ride round the lake in Annecy the organisers have laid on two big mountain climbs. But I'm feeling confident, my morale is really good and, unless disaster strikes, I can win."
125km - There are a couple of major climbs on this final stage, which will test the riders' weary legs to the limit. We have Col de Taisne, a category two hike at the 88km mark, then the category one Col de la Forclaz less than 30km from home. It should be a thrilling finale.
129km - It is a relatively late start this afternoon, with the riders getting under way just now at 13:30 UK time (14:30 CET). Expect them to reach the finish at around 16:30 UK time.
----- - It's all to play for this afternoon, with the race looking set to go the way of either race leader Christophe Moreau or the Australian Cadel Evans, who starts the day 14 seconds behind.
----- - Good afternoon and welcome to the seventh and final stage of the Dauphine Libere!
