An up-and-coming basketball star has become a laughing stock on the internet after producing what is being widely hailed as the worst free throw of all time.
Nigerian-born 22-year-old Brian Okam was rated the 15th best high school player in the country before joining Appalachian State University in North California.
But his exploits for the college side at the weekend have seen his stock plummet as the seven-footer stood up to take a free throw against Western Carolina.
The attempt he made was so absymal that it would have earned ridicule at a primary school PE lesson, much less a Division I college clash.
