Cian Healy was banned for three weeks on Wednesday evening for what can only be described as common assault.
It is a fine line, and one of the most difficult jobs of rugby players is to channel aggression without overstepping the line into thuggery.
On Sunday, Cian Healy quite clearly did just that.
