Australia centre Scott Staniforth has failed to recover from a shoulder injury prompting the Wallabies to reshuffle the team ahead of their final group match with Canada.
Staniforth, who injured his shoulder against Fiji last weekend but was selected to play at inside centre against Canada in the hope that he would recover before Saturday, but has apparently shown no signs of the injury healing in time.
Adam Ashley-Cooper (pictured) will switch from outside to inside centre, while Lote Tuqiri will take his place after being moved in from the right wing. Drew Mitchell, who scored five tries on the left so far in the tournament, swaps to the right wing while Cameron Shepherd moves from fullback to the left.
Chris Latham will be promoted from the replacements bench to fullback while Matt Giteau takes his place amongst the substitutions.
The Wallabies have already secured top spot in the group and coach John Connolly has opted to rest the majority of his first choice players, only five of them in the starting line-up for the Canada match.
