Swansea chairman Huw Jenkins has confirmed that Bristol Rovers have expressed an interest in signing Darryl Duffy but have not made an offer. However, Jenkins stressed that the Pirates have yet to make a concrete bid for the 24-year-old forward.
Duffy has emerged as the number one transfer target for Rovers first-team coach Paul Trollope, who is keen to bolster his attacking options after his side averaged less than a goal a game in their 46 matches in League One last season.
"We are aware of their interest but they have not made an offer," Jenkins told the Evening Post.
