Kinder pens new deal at Brunton Park

Carlisle youth team manager Eric Kinder has agreed a new three-year contract to stay at Brunton Park until the end of the 2010/11 campaign.Kinder guided the youngsters to the sixth round of the FA Youth Cup this season before losing 2-0 at home to Aston Villa and they also came third in the Youth Alliance North West Conference.

He told the club's official website: "I'm over the moon and I'm looking forward to the next three years as we all work together to push on even further.

"The coaching and playing staff are superb and we've also got an excellent board of directors. They really are a fantastic group. I'd go as far as saying they are the most honest group of people I have dealt with."
