Saracens could play their final Guinness Premiership game of the season in Milton Keynes.
The Heineken Cup semi-finalists face a possible fixture clash on May 10 - the final day of regular season action.
Saracens are due to host Bristol at Vicarage Road, but Watford Football Club might face a Coca-Cola Championship play-off home match the same weekend.
If Watford finish fifth or sixth in the Championship - they are currently fifth with games against Scunthorpe and Blackpool remaining - then Vicarage Road is likely to be required for soccer.
Saracens are looking at MK Dons' 22,000-seater stadium in Milton Keynes as an alternative venue if the Bristol game has to be moved.
MK Dons, already promoted from League Two, finish their season on Saturday week.
