Bohemians took a giant step towards the second round of the Intertoto Cup with a 5-1 win over Welsh outfit Rhyl.
But the Irish side had to come from behind for the victory after Mark Connolly's deflected shot broke the deadlock on 25 minutes.
Jason Byrne's goal started Bohs' comeback in the second-half with skipper Owen Heary heading home on the hour mark to give the hosts the lead for the first time.
Killian Brennan netted from the spot soon after with Neale Fenn and substitute Glen Crowe adding the fourth and fifth ahead of next weekend's return trip to Belle Vue.
The 11 successful teams from Intertoto Cup qualifying will go on to enter the second qualifying round of the UEFA Cup.
