Biarritz bounced back from their surprise defeat last week by beating Brive 10-0 at the Stade Aguilera in the Top 14.
Watch Stade Francais v Toulouse at 19:00 on Saturday evening live on British Eurosport.
The Atlantic coast giants suffered a shock 13-8 defeat at struggling Albi last Sunday but went third in the table courtesy of a second-half penalty try and a subsequent Dimitri Yachvili conversion and penalty.
Struggling Brive, who were without England World Cup winning wing Ben Cohen, could not find a way through the stout home defence.
The biggest clash of what is round 15 of the Top 14 sees leaders Toulouse travel to defending champions Stade Francais.
Toulouse lead third-place Stade by 19 points and the Parisian side will need a victory to stand any chance of retaining their title from last season.
Stade must also bounce back from a humiliating 50-12 defeat at the hands of Clermont Auvergne last weekend and will have to do so without their France hooker Dimitri Szarzewski following the Six Nations.
But Sergio Parisse, Simon Taylor, Mirco Bergamasco and David Skrela are all available and should boost the Parisians' chances since Toulouse have decided to rest no fewer than 13 internationals.
Second-placed Clermont will look to keep the pressure on the leaders with a victory at Montpellier, who dropped down to ninth spot following a heavy defeat at Perpignan last weekend.
Returning France internationals Florian Floch, Jerome Malzieu, Aurelien Rougerie and Elvis Vermeulen will certainly help Clermont's chances.
Castres will hope to extend a three-match winning run and stay in touch with the top four teams when they entertain Montauban.
Fifth-placed Castres have won five of their last six games but will need to be at their best against a Montauban side that have won their last three.
Montauban are just two points behind Castres and could move ahead of them if they make it four wins on the trot.
Also challenging the top four teams are in-form Perpignan, who have won five and drawn one of their last seven matches and should prove too strong for struggling Albi.
Elsewhere, Bourgoin entertain basement outfit Auch while Bayonne travel to second-from-bottom Dax.
