Hapoel Jerusalem caused the big shock in the ULEB round 32 first leg ties when they beat previously unbeaten Besiktas 88-73.
Besiktas made history when they became the first ever side to go through the regular season stage with a perfect 10-0 record but they now have to overcome a big 15 point deficit in the second-leg in Istanbul if they are to go through.
Jamie Arnold had a massive game for the Israelis as he helped himself to a double-double of 28 points and 11 rebounds.
Elsewhere it looks as if Hemofarm and Unics Kazan can start planning for the next round after they enjoyed big 25 point home victories over Buducnost and Turk Telekom respectively.
DKV Joventut crushed Allianz Swans 89-59 away from home to all but guarantee their passage into the next round while there were also road victories for Dynamo Moscow, BC Kyiv, and Khimki.
After the draw was made Red Star Belgrade's clash with Benetton Treviso looked to be arguably the tie of the round and that is nicely balanced after the Serbians won the first-leg at home 81-71.
