Commentator John Motson has backed Barnsley's 'Stronger Together' campaign after savouring a full house at Oakwell this season.The Tykes want to attract more fans to home games on a regular basis and BBC commentator Motson, on duty for Barnsley's stunning FA Cup win over Chelsea, has urged the town to rally behind its club.

Motson told the club's official website: "I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Barnsley earlier this season and experienced just what happens when a town gets right behind its football club.

"To see so many youngsters behind the team on that day was fantastic and it is great for football and great for the town that the club have made football at Oakwell even more affordable for the supporters of tomorrow."
