South Africa coach Jake White has named a near full-strength team for his sides World Cup warm-up match with Namibia in Cape Town.
Captain John Smit will return to action for the first time since injuring his hamstring in June and scrumhalf Fourie du Preez returns for his first match since the Super 14 final in May.
"The result of the match is not as important to us as the way we play," White said. "We are interested in putting our patterns into play.
"We've spent weeks on the training ground and need to translate that into the way we perform on the field."
Number eight Jacques Cronje, who is the only member of the team who has not been included in the 30-man World Cup squad, is deputising for the injured Danie Rossouw and Bob Skinstad.
The clash will also be the last appearance on home soil for fullback Percy Montgomery and prop Os du Randt, who both retire from international rugby at the end of the World Cup.
South Africa leave for Ireland later in the week for further warm-up matches against Connacht and Scotland.
