Following a new rights agreement with the Lawn Tennis Association, the DFS Classic in Edgbaston, the ATP event in Nottingham and the WTA event in Eastbourne join the Artois Championships at Queens Club for two weeks of comprehensive coverage in the build up to Wimbledon.

"We are delighted that British Eurosport will be showing live tennis at our international grass-court events this summer," said LTA chief executive Roger Draper.

"Being able to provide coverage to a wider audience is a great boost for us as we strive to get more world class tennis accessible to fans."

The DFS Classic is a 130,000 euro event that will take place between June 9-15 at Edgbaston Priory Club. Wimbledon mixed doubles champion Jelena Jankovic won last year's title.

The 370,000 euro Nottingham Open, won last year by Croatian ace-machine Ivo Karlovic, will take place from June 16- 21 at The City of Nottingham Tennis Centre.

Also taking place from June 16-21 is the 400,000 DFS Classic at Eastbourne, a title won in 2007 by world number one Justine Henin.

British Eurosport will be showing a combination of live and pre-recorded tennis from the quarter-finals onwards from each event, offering viewers the chance to see top tennis on British soil.

"These events are a distinct part of the British sporting summer in the build up to Wimbledon and it's great we can offer a complimentary coverage across both our channels for our growing tennis audience," said director of British Eurosport Dave Kerr.

"The addition of Birmingham and Nottingham is another big step in our strategy to make British Eurosport 2 more exciting and relevant to British viewers."

British Eurosport also broadcasts three of the four Grand Slam events each year - the Australian, French and US Opens - as well as action from the WTA Tour and selected ATP events.

British Eurosport is available in the UK on Sky channel 410 and Virgin Media channel 521, Eurosport 2 is on Sky channel 411 and Virgin Media channel 525.
