Danny Cipriani has been nominated in both main categories for this year's Guinness Premiership awards.
The Wasps and England fly-half has been nominated for the player of the season award and is also in the running for the young player's prize.
Cipriani is joined on the short-list for the senior award by Wasps team-mate Paul Sackey, Bath centre Olly Barkley, Gloucester wing James Simpson-Daniel and his Kingsholm team-mate Akapusi Qera.
The Land Rover Discovery award for best young player will be won by Cipriani, Bath winger Matthew Banahan, Sale full-back Ben Foden, scrum-half Danny Care or fellow Harlequin Chris Robshaw.
Last week, Cipriani became the first player to be nominated for both the top honours at the Professional Rugby Players' Association awards.
Gloucester's Dean Ryan, Bath's Steve Meehan and Harlequins' Dean Richards have all been shortlisted for the O2 Director of Rugby of the Season award.
The Guinness Premiership award winners will be announced at a gala dinner on May 28 at Stamford Bridge.
