Tranmere winger Chris Shuker is confident manager Ronnie Moore will be at Prenton Park to engineer a successful promotion bid next season.Moore's two-year contract expires in the summer and, with a possible takeover by Portuguese Best Holdings SGPS imminent, his future at the club has been thrown into doubt.
But Shuker is confident Moore will sign a new deal and bring in the players to help Rovers bridge the gap to transform them into serious promotion candidates.
He told the Liverpool Daily Post: "Ronnie Moore brought a lot of new players to the club when he came in as manager two years ago.
"He made a couple of changes last summer and he still has the basis of a stable squad.
"He knows what we have missed and what we need and I am sure he will bring in the right people to make a strong side next year."
