CATANZARO, Italy (Reuters) - Briton Mark Cavendish won stage four of the Tour of Italy in a bunch sprint on Tuesday ahead of German Robert Forster and Italian Daniele Bennati.

Franco Pellizotti of Italy continues to lead overall ahead of stage five from Belvedere Marittimo to Contursi Terme.
