Mark Stimson believes Gillingham are the in-form team at the bottom of League One as the race for survival reaches the crucial stage.Gills are unbeaten in three matches and have lost only once in their last five outings following the 1-1 draw at relegation rivals Millwall.
"I think we've got momentum now, you can see that from the results in the last four or five games," said Stimson. "We've come into a bit of form and we've given ourselves even a better chance of survival by getting level on points with Crewe."
Gills took the lead when Nicky Southall's free-kick defeated Rhys Evans at his near post, but Millwall skipper Paul Robinson brought the hosts level.
On Southall's free-kick, Stimson added: "We scored an outstanding goal which wouldn't have looked out of place in the Premier League.
"Nicky's free-kick was straight out of the (David) Beckham catalogue but he does practice those and I think he's got that ability in his locker."
