Tottenham Hotspur striker Simon Dawkins is "determined to make the most" of his six-month loan spell at League One outfit Leyton Orient.The 20-year-old Spurs striker arrived at Brisbane Road on Thursday and is relishing the chance to make his first-team debut while with Martin Ling's side.

He told the club's official website: "I'm looking forward to this spell at Leyton Orient.

"I've been given this opportunity by Martin Ling to come down here and get some first team experience and I'm determined to make the most of it.

"I'm 20 now and I haven't made a league appearance so it's good that I've that I've been able to come to Orient and play some football.

"My main priority here is to help this club push for promotion and I believe that is achievable."
