Considering the way Jankovic,Ivanovic,Sharapova played in this tournament it's good thing that they didn't come up against Williams sisters-if they weren't able beating the players they played in the early rounds I don't understand how they could have beaten Serena or Venus.Serena and Venus have great records against all these players and are not afraid of anyone.Sharapova hasn't beaten Venus or Serena in a long time.Last year she won 9 games in 3 matches against them(two against Serena,one against Venus),and has lost against Serena this year.
IF A PLAYER IS IN THE FINAL IT MEANS THAT HE/SHE HAS BEATEN 6 PLAYERS ON THE WAY TO FINALS AND THEY DESERVE TO BE THERE UNLESS THEY HAVE TAKEN DOPING REGARDLESS OF THE NAMES OF THE PLAYERS THEY HAVE BEATEN! AND I'M NOT JUST TALKING ABOUT WILLIAMS SISTERS.

I think Williams sisters are FANTASTIC.Of course,not all people who dislike Williams sisters are racists.But it's unacceptable and ugly to compare two ladies(no matter how you feel about them)to gorillas,to boxers,say that they need sex test,and so on.I was gutted to read some of those comments.Considering how curvy Williams sisters are it's pretty obvious that they are real women.And as a result have graced many magazines.You don't have to like the way they look but it's wrong to hate them because of that or to impose your vision of beauty.I think it's great that we are all different and we should celebrate this diversity not mock it.
As for the quality of the final-most finals of grand slams aren't that great-whoever plays in them.And I'm sure that both of them will go out there tomorrow and do try their best to win-as usual.Not many better competitors in the history of this game than Williams sisters.I cannot believe that anyone can challenge that fact.

Barrington E you must be a silly White person. What about the Chinese and Jie Jheng. It is right for ethnic minorities to celebrate break throughs. It is not only black people who do so. 100 million Chinese viewed her semi-finals with hearts bursting with pride. Indians, Pakistanis, Chinese, and I could go on always burst with warm hearts when they see one of their own breaking through the ceiling that has been artifically set by White people.
