Reading manager Steve Coppell has warned his players that anyone not committed to the club as they seek promotion will be sold.Coppell is determined to root-out any weak links before the squad begin their bid to return to the Premier League.
And while there have been offers for players, Coppell insists there is no financial imperative to sell and players will not leave on the cheap.
"I don't want anyone here who doesn't want to be here," Coppell told the club's official website. "If there's someone who doesn't want to be here, we have a market valuation and if that is met they can leave.
"I will speak to the players individually, look them in the eye and see what their intent is.
"If they don't want to be here, I don't want to work with them - and I doubt the Reading public would want to watch them either."
