Sale boss Philippe Saint-Andre is relishing the "big bonus" of key forwards Sebastien Chabal and Jason White lining up against Guinness Premiership play-off rivals Harlequins on Sunday.
Both players have recovered from injuries to feature in a game that could make or break the Sharks' title hopes.
They are currently fifth, one point behind Quins, with just two matches remaining.
But White is back to captain the side from blindside flanker, with Chabal reclaiming his familiar number eight shirt.
Saint-Andre said: "Our physios have worked overtime this week and we are able to name a strong side for this crucial game.
"The return of Jason White and 'Seabass' is a big bonus for us in a game we need to win.
"Harlequins have had an excellent season under Dean Richards and they, like us, are looking to win this game to bolster their chances of a top-four finish and Heineken Cup qualification."
Sixth-placed Leicester cannot afford to slip up at lowly Newcastle tomorrow, or their Premiership chances could disappear, meaning a season without silverware and a cranking up of the pressure on Tigers' head coach Marcelo Loffreda.
Although Newcastle's season is drifting to a close, acting rugby director Steve Bates - who took over from John Fletcher in March - has demanded a huge effort from a team minus injured England centres Toby Flood and Jamie Noon.
Bates said: "If we are going to be a club that people want to be part of then the level of performance clearly has to be raised.
"The circumstances we have found ourselves in towards the back end of the season were never going to be easy and never going to have a quick solution, but with a period of time working on some real fundamental aspects of our play, we will come back stronger.
"I am very optimistic that, with hard work, we will get it right in the long-term, and while I am not happy with the results, I can understand the circumstances that have led to them."
Leaders Gloucester, who last night announced Scotland star Chris Paterson's return to Edinburgh this summer after just one season at Kingsholm, visit in-form Wasps tomorrow.
Wasps stormed into the play-off picture following eight successive Premiership victories since Gloucester beat them 18-17 more than three months ago.
Wasps have rattled up 265 points in the process and they also hold a game in hand - against Newcastle on Wednesday night - on Gloucester and second-placed Bath.
Gloucester though, have the incentive of knowing a win at Adams Park would confirm their play-off place one match inside the distance.
And while that confirmation is tantalisingly close, so tight is the top-four race that defeats in their final two fixtures - they host Bath next Saturday - could see them miss out completely.
Head coach Dean Ryan said: "We are very aware of what Sunday represents in terms of the challenge we face and what we have to do to match it.
"It is about a physicality level we have experienced at the top end of Europe, and we will be ready for that.
"Wasps are an outstanding side, well-schooled in the arts of knockout rugby, and that is what makes the challenge very exciting.
"But we need to concentrate and focus on our game and getting the maximum out of the threat we can create. If we can do that then I am positive we can stretch any team we come up against."
